Press "Download" button at the top of this page. You will receive wisestock.exe file: start it and follow the instructions (easy as clicking on Next, Next, Finish). After you send the payment (button "Buy" at the top) for desired number of months, you will get (in 24 hours) a licence file which will trigger your full licence (you will then have your own database on our server).
When you bue a licence, it is valid for a number of months you paid for. When this period ends, you will have to prolong your licence on this page (your database will become inactive, but we will never delete your data!). When you have the licence, there is no limit on number of users or number of computers you use it. Even if you have storage located on many places and several central administrators - everybody can install the software and use your inventory database at the same time.
In Administration section you can define as many suppliers as you want. Assign email to each of them as well as Language code (any language). For each language code, you can define an email template in that language, consisting of introduction, your address, phone, instructions, greetings and other information. This template will be used for automatic mailing from the Wise Stock application to these suppliers. Item names, quantities and order number (which includes date) will be incorporated in your email template.
Every action of WiseStock users is logged and can be viewed by Administrator(s) (only). In this case, you have to go to "Log" section of Wise Stock software and tick "Orders" at the top. This will filter-out all the orders (excluding other actions, like adding or changing items). There you will see date/time, order name, user who ordered (or closed the order) and items orderedwith their quantity.
No, Wise Stock is intentionally disconnected from cashier software. It enables you to take care of your inventory without cashier (and other) systems. We are able to customize software, so it connects to cashier or other systems.
There are more ways to do that: it is done automatically every time user accept the items (by accepting the whole order or item by item). During the process, acceptance can be made also on incomplete or overdone (more items then needed) orders. Inventory update can be later done manually by Administrator by substracting items spent (or sold).
